Peer to Peer Fundraising
What is Peer to Peer Fundraising?
Peer to Peer Fundraising (or P2P for short) is a fundraising strategy that gives our network of your supporters the ability to raise money on our behalf. You may already be familiar with peer-to-peer fundraisers. Have you noticed any of your social media friends raising money for a cause or non-profit on their birthdays? You can now do that too for North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity.
We use a platform called Just Giving and have set up a general fundraising campaign that you can use to raise money for your Iron Range neighbors. You can still donate directly to us; this just gives you another way to raise money for affordable housing in your neighborhood.
When you click on the picture below, you will be taken to the Just Giving website and the landing page for the Helping our Neighbors with Affordable Housing in North St. Louis County campaign. From here, you can start fundraising! Click on the orange "start fundraising" button to create your own fundraising page. This page can be shared on your social media platforms.
Please let us know if you have any questions, need assistance and mostly, how it's going! Thank you and happy fundraising!
