The North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity family deeply mourns the loss of Rod McPeak who died on Saturday, March 16th in his home with his wife by his side.

Rod McPeak joined the Habitat for Humanity board of directors in 2005 and has served the organization in the capacity of board secretary, president, site selection committee chair and construction site supervisor for the Tower and Soudan homes.

Rod McPeak's genuine love for volunteers and partner families kept him energized in helping North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity fulfil it's mission of putting GHod's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.

His committment to excellence helped guide the organization as it grew it's capacity to help families from three home building projects to six.  Rod will be greatly missed by the Habitat staff, board, volunteers and partner families.  Our prayers are with all, especially his family, during this difficult time.
