We highlight three more amazing Habitat Women as we wrap up Women's History Month.
Cindy Pogachnik, as Habitat board member and chair of the family support committee, has guided the affiliate through rapid growth. The role of the family support committee has become much more difficult but equally more acute as we increase the number of homes we build each year. She has handled our expansion with great skill and professionalism, lending her direct knowledge of the banking world to each project and masterfully overseeing the documentation of every sweat equity hour. Habitat and each partner family is blessed by her dedication.
Shelby Paulson is another newly-recruited member of the Habitat family. Habitat is so glad to be one of the many organizations for whom Shelby volunteers as their bookkeeper. Shelby donates several hours each week to keep Habitat's finances in order. She has quickly and smoothly taken on this important role for Habitat.
Sharon Rantala is another Habitat board member. She actively serves with the family selection committee, continually reviewing Habitat's homeowner applications and interviewing potential partner families. There is no off-season for this important Habitat committee, and we thank her for her constant involvement.
